My Bio
My name is Heidi Cooper, I am a Portrait & Dance Photographer.
Like many, I've always adored photography and grew up with a point and shoot almost always tucked in my pocket. It just never crossed my mind to learn the techniques or even do it as a job. It was one of those things to me, that seemed out of my reach
Then one day I got my first Nikon DSLR for my birthday, I was a stay at home mum, to my two gorgeous children, I wanted to re-train in something that could allow me the freedom to be there for sports day and be around on their school holidays.
Almost a year later, I ended going to college to do a full time photo-imaging & Graphic design course, I found out that I had something good to offer, which lead me to taking my Diploma and then my Advanced Diploma, four years later and still counting a never ending journey of learning and progressing in this Digital World, I can proudly say I am a Contemporary Portrait & commercial Photographer.
My very clever husband Graham (Inside Out Renovations) converted the whole top half of our house and created, two studios, a beauty room, viewing room, costume room & office and my daughter named it Style Studios and now here I am starting my solo career in photographing people in studio and on location and sometimes I have to pinch myself!
My style is simple and elegant, my aim is to show you the best version of you, you will feel beautiful, you will change the way you see yourself.
